Identifiers for customer matching
Blueshift uses multikey matching for audience syndication with Facebook Custom Audiences. Instead of just sending Facebook a customer email, telephone number or mobile id, Blueshift sends all available demographical information to Facebook. This allows Facebook to find customer who signed up with a different email and/or phone number and significantly increases the overall match rate.
Blueshift sends the following identifiers for customer matching:
Email address
Phone number
Gender
Birth Year
Birth Month
Birthday
Last name
First name
First Initial
State
City
Zip code / Postal code
Country code
Mobile advertiser id
Rate limit
The rate limit for this syndication is 1M customers per hour.
Facebook also has a rate limit of 200 requests/hour. Each request sent by Blueshift includes a maximum of 5000 customers.
