Launchpad
Launchpad is the conversational workspace in Blueshift. Use it to analyze performance, create segments, draft email templates, set up campaigns, generate reports and dashboards, and update existing assets.
AI-generated assets
Assets created by Blueshift's AI assistants, such as Launchpad, display an 'AI Generated' badge and can be filtered accordingly.
The badge is also visible on the asset's page.
Use @mentions to reference existing campaigns, templates, segments, reports, and shared assets in your prompts. You can also add image attachments, CSV uploads, and voice input for more context.
Edit drag-and-drop email templates
Launchpad can edit your existing drag-and-drop (visual editor) email templates, in addition to HTML templates. @mention the template in your prompt and describe the change you want, for example: "Update @[template_name]: change the headline to [new headline] and keep the layout."
To get started, go to Agents > Launchpad in the left navigation. For a walkthrough of the interface, refer to the Launchpad interface guide.
Compass
Compass appears on the Launchpad home screen, below the input bar. It has two tabs: Insights and Prompt Library.
Insights
Insights surfaces weekly insights from your account data, including trends in volume, engagement, conversions, and list health. Open any insight in Launchpad to explore it further or keep working from there.
Prompt Library
The Prompt Library holds reusable prompts, called recipes, that you can run in Launchpad. Blueshift provides starter recipes for common tasks, such as analyzing how a campaign is performing and running a pre-launch QA on a campaign and its templates. Search recipes by title or content, sort the list, and filter by author. Each recipe card shows its title, a preview, its author, and how many times it has been used.
To use a recipe, hover over its card and click Use this recipe. Launchpad inserts the recipe into the input bar. Replace the bracketed placeholders, such as [campaign] and [period], with your own values before you send it.

Access & control
Launchpad is scoped to the permissions your role in Blueshift has. If you can't edit or launch something manually, Launchpad can't do it either.
An access policy controls how Launchpad applies changes. Set it to draft mode to create drafts only, require approval before saving, or leave it unrestricted to apply changes directly.
Data safety
Launchpad and Compass work only with the data in your Blueshift account.
No cross-customer data sharing or model training.
No data is stored outside your account instance.
Prompt data is not retained by third-party AI providers.
All drafts and recommendations are visible before activation.
Full auditability of who requested, approved, or deployed changes.
For details, see the Blueshift Privacy Policy and Blueshift Trust Center.
