If Save Products is enabled for a custom event, you can choose how Blueshift stores product data sent with that event:

  • Replace existing: Replaces product data already saved for the event. You can also choose whether to replace the saved products or replace product metadata.

  • Append to existing: Adds incoming product data to the product data already saved for the event.

  • Save on timeline: Saves product data with each occurrence of the event on the customer timeline.

Campaigns not triggering from an event import

If Trigger campaigns is enabled on your event import but campaigns are not firing, this might be because Save products is also enabled for the event. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

You can also set a standard event as a goal event. For this and other configuration options, contact your CSM or email [email protected].

Publish tab

The Publish tab lets you create and send a test event. Enter attributes, view the event data, and then click Publish.
